Once baby arrives, we are here to offer you and baby some much needed support with our relaxing baby massage course. This is also a chance to meet other mums. Our sleep is designed to educate you about your baby’s natural sleep cycles and how to facilitate good sleep habits.

For all you lockdown 2020 mums, our complete postnatal offering is here to help you through the early months. Our experts have delivered online zoom sessions since the start of the pandemic and feedback suggests that is almost as good as face to face. Chatting with the other parents and sharing your experiences over a cup of tea helps you feel less isolated and brings some fun to your day.
