For parents due in August-September 2022
Face-to-face courses are a perfect opportunity for you to prepare for the birth of your baby whilst you get to meet and know others in your area who are preparing for the birth their babies at the same time as you. This course is suitable from 20 weeks onwards, and will include:
- Labour & Birth
- Hypnobirthing
- Bringing Your Baby Home (preparing for the early days of parenthood)
- Infant Feeding
- Infant First Aid
The courses have been designed to provide you with everything you need to you ahead of your little one's arrival.
By booking on to the this course, you will be given £100 credit to be used within six months towards any of our online classes at a later stage—this may be as a refresher of the information you learn during the course or you may opt to join some of our postnatal courses once your baby has arrived.
This course is perfect for parents due in August-September 2022.

Noreen Hart
Noreen has been an Antenatal Educator for over 30 years, a Doula (birth supporter) for 28 years and was an NCT Antenatal Tutor and Assessor. She was, for many years, a visiting lecturer helping train future midwives in the Care of the Labouring Woman and Empowering Language.
Her passion is around supporting all parents as they embark on their journey through pregnancy, birth, feeding and early parenting in a non judgemental, caring and compassionate way.

Noreen loves sharing the benefits of the Relaxation and Hypnobirthing, too. She is the mother of 4 sons and grandmother to 4 grandchildren, and is very happy when socialising and having fun with her family and friends.
