We know that exercise is a great way to boost our endorphins and help our mental health, but when we are recovering from pregnancy and birth, it’s important to take things slowly. That’s why postnatal yoga is a wonderful practice, It’s a really good way to strengthen and nurture yourself.

Our Zoom classes are limited in numbers to allow for individual attention and the chance to chat to other mums online—without the hassle of having to leave the house and the need to get baby into a sling or pushchair,
How old should my baby be?
We recommend taking this class when your baby is 6/ 8 weeks old, once you have both had postnatal checks.
Baby yoga is a natural successor to other baby classes such as baby massage, although it is not essential for your baby to have attended massage before starting yoga.
Before you participate in the Mother & Baby Yoga class, please ensure that you have completed the required medical form
For insurance purposes it is important that your baby is safely off the yoga mat whilst you undertake the class. You must ensure that he or she will not be in contact with you at any time whilst you are performing yoga postures.
